The All Progressives Congress (APC) women’s wing has been inaugurated for the Presidential Campaign Team.
The event, which is taking place at the Banquet Hall of the Presidential Villa in Abuja, has drawn party heavyweights such as President Muhammadu Buhari, who is represented by his Chief of Staff, Professor Ibrahim Gambari.
The APC presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, is also present, as is his running mate, Senator Kashim Shettima; the party’s National Chairman, Senator Abdullahi Adamu; First Lady Aisha Buhari; and the wives of the candidate and his running mate, Senator Remi Tinubu and Mrs Nana Shettima.
Others include Governor Simon Lalong, Chairman of the Presidential Campaign Council (PCC), Governors Hope Uzodinma (Imo), Abdullahi Ganduje, Pauline Talen, Minister of Women Affairs, Beta Edu, senior party officials, National Assembly members, and others.
