Lagos Drivers Forced To Buy Tinubu’s Stickers.   By Paul Akalonu   Ahead of the commencement of the 2023 election campaigns, a video making the rounds on social media shows Lagos tricycle drivers being forced to pay for a sticker of the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu on Tuesday 20, September.   A tweet shared the video on Tuesday said that the incident happened in the Ajah area of Lagos.   In the video, which was shared via a twitter, the drivers objected to having the sticker on their tricycle and paying five hundred Naira (N500) for it.   Meanwhile, the head of the Lagos State Park and Garages Management Committee, Musiliu Akinsanya alias MC Oluomo, has denied knowing about the selling of stickers with Bola Tinubu’s image to tricycle (also known as “Keke”) drivers.   Reacting to the video, MC Oluomo said in a video posted to Instagram on Tuesday night that “My attention has yet again been drawn to a video clip circulating online showing an altercation between two people as regards a sticker,   “It came to me as a surprise seeing that people were attaching the video to me and were also quick to state that it was a campaign fee to support the election of Asiwaju Bola Tinubu.   “Naturally, I would have just ignored knowing that it’s the handiwork of naysayers. Being in an election session, I also know their malicious intentions and the cheap political goal they aim to get with the video. I am however compelled for the sake of clarity to set the record straight. Nigerians have continued to react to the video on social media.”
