The South-East zone women’s wing of the APC presidential campaign gathered in Rear Admiral Ndubuisi Kanu Square in Owerri, the Imo State capital, to rally support for their party’s candidate, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu.
Chioma Uzodimma, wife of Imo State Governor Hope Uzodimma and South-East Women’s Coordinator for the APC Presidential Campaign, described the event as a precursor.
She asked the women to obtain their permanent voter IDs and vote for APC candidates on that day, from beginning to end.
Governor Uzodimma stated that the APC is the party to beat in next year’s election, predicting that Tinubu and Shettima will swim to victory in 2022.
