Liverpool Football Club will once again face Real Madrid in repeat of last season’s UEFA Champions League (UCL) final in which Madrid won the game thanks to Vinicius Junior’s solitary strike.
The UCL draw which was monitored by NwafoLive on Monday afternoon, revealed that French Giants, PSG will face crunch clash with Bayern Munich while Borrusia Dortmund will face 2021 winners, Chelsea FC.
Manchester City were first out of the hat and they will take on RB Leipzig in the first knockout round in what looks like a kind draw for Pep Guardiola’s side.
The draw was also kind for the so-called lesser teams with one of Club Brugge or Benfica as well as one of Frankfurt or Napoli will reach the last eight.
The first legs of the last-16 games will be played on the midweeks of February 14-15, and February 21-22, 2023.
The second legs will be played across March 7-8 and March 14-15, 2023.
