Nigerians are no longer eligible for visas, according to the United Arab Emirates’ immigration authorities, who further stated that all applications are denied and that fees are non-refundable.
According to reports, the announcement was made on Friday, October 21, in a notice sent to its Nigerian trading partners, including travel agencies.
Although no reason was given for the ban, Dubai authorities declared that all applications would be halted until issues between the UAE and Nigerian governments were resolved.
The UAE immigration authorities’ most recent decision affects all Nigerians seeking to travel to the UAE.
