An Ikeja Domestic Violence and Sexual Offences Court yesterday remanded Optimal Cancer Care Foundation medical practitioner Olufemi Olaleye in Ikoyi Custodial Centre for allegedly defiling his wife’s niece.
Justice Ramon Oshodi granted him bail in the amount of N50 million with two sureties, but confined him until the completion of his bail.
The court scheduled the trial for December 19 and 21.
