The Kaduna Commandant, Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, Idris Adah, has ordered the immediate training and retraining of all 2019 recruits in the state, in accordance with the mission to rejig, restructure, reposition, and re-invigorate the Corps towards successful service delivery.
DSC Habeeb Badamasi, the Command’s Public Relations Officer, said in a statement on Tuesday that the directive followed the Commandant General’s clearance to retrain the 2019 recruits in weapon handling, sitting position, and other topics.
According to him, the order was given by the Commandant while speaking to the 2019 recruits at the NSCDC State Headquarters in Kaduna on Friday.
According to him, the training would be done in phases for all of the 2019 officers and will take a week each.
