Eight-time Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) champions, Rangers International FC, have made a bold move ahead of the 2025/2026 season by signing promising forward Stephen Jesam Emmanuel from Nigeria National League (NNL) side, Doma United.
The acquisition underscores the Enugu-based club’s ambition to build a competitive squad capable of contending for major honors in the coming campaign.
The official signing took place midweek at the club’s corporate office boardroom in GRA, Enugu, with Jesam expressing excitement and optimism about the opportunity to join one of Nigeria’s most successful clubs.

“I’m really happy to have earned the trust of the club’s technical team,” said the 5-foot-8.5-inch striker. “It’s every player’s dream to represent a big club like Rangers, known for its history and legacy. I hope to replicate the performances that brought me here and help the team reach its goals this season and beyond.”
Stephen Jesam, who previously featured for City FC and Sporting Supreme FC, is expected to be officially unveiled alongside other new signings in an upcoming media event organized by the club.
With these reinforcements, Rangers are looking to strengthen their squad depth and mount a serious challenge in the 2025/2026
