On Thursday, President Muhammadu Buhari attended the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between Nigerian National Petroleum Company Ltd. and the Daewoo Group of South Korea for the restoration of the Kaduna refinery in Seoul, South Korea.

According to a statement signed by Femi Adesina, Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, headlined Kaduna refinery rehabilitation gets boost as President Buhari witnesses signing of MoU between NNPC Ltd and Daewoo Group in Seoul,’

He stated that he was looking forward to the completion of existing projects, particularly at the Warri and Kaduna refineries, as well as the NLNG Train Seven, and that this would undoubtedly open many more doors of opportunity for Daewoo and other Korean enterprises in Nigeria.
