Oba Saka Adeola Matemilola, Oluyalo-Otileta VII, the 14th Olowu of Owu Kingdom, has been formally enthroned as the kingdom’s ruler on Saturday in Abeokuta, Ogun State.
Dapo Abiodun, governor of Ogun State, presented the king with the staff of office. Former governors of the state, including Olusegun Osoba and Ibikunle Amosun, were also present during the occasion.
Some of the traditional rulers that attended the ceremony included the Ooni of Ife, Oba Enitan Ogunwusi, Ojaja II, Olu of Warri, and Ogiame Atuwatse III.
