Mrs Margaret Obi, the wife of the Labour Party Presidential Candidate, His Excellency Peter Obi was spotted today in Makurdi, the Benue State Capital on a campaign train. Obi’s campaign train hit Makurdi today after its announcement yesterday by the Chief Spokesperson of the party, Dr Yunusa Tanko.
According to Tanko, “While in Benue, Obi will meet with the Tiv, Idoma, Igede indigenes and other critical stakeholders in the food basket of the nation. He will emphasize on his mantra of consumption to Production. Making Benue state a key ingredient of his Government.”
