According to event organizers, a 36-year-old man died after fainting barely two miles from the finish line of the London Marathon yesterday, Sunday, October 2nd.
According to reports, the runner from south-east England fainted between miles 23 and 24 of the race.
He died in hospital despite receiving urgent medical attention and ambulance help within three minutes.
