The Lagos State Government has announced intentions to prohibit the sale of plastic bottled drinks exposed to sunlight.
Mr Afolabi Solebo, General Manager, Consumer Protection Agency (LASCOPA), stated this in an interview with Newsmen in Lagos on Friday. Consumables that kill little by bit should be avoided, according to him.
Solebo also advised customers to constantly make sure they get good value for their money when purchasing goods and services.
He stated that consumers have a legal right to complain if they do not receive value and satisfaction for their money and can seek recourse.
