Emeka Akumefule, also known as Blaqbonez, a Nigerian rapper, has urged Rema, his colleague, to return to school.
Rema revealed in January that he has been accepted to pursue Creative Arts at the University of Lagos (UNILAG).
The artist, however, was unable to return to school owing to the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) eight-month’s countrywide strike, which began on February 14 and ended on October 14, after the union called off the strike.
Blaqbonez, in a message on his Twitter page on Monday, encouraged Rema, who is now on a tour of Europe, to return to school following ASUU’s suspension of the strike.
