Senator Hope Uzodimma, Governor of Imo State, has approved the appointment of Ify Onyegbule as the new Director-General of the Imo Broadcasting Corporation.
Before her nomination, Onyegbule served on the board of directors of the state-owned radio and television station from 2021.
According to a statement issued on Monday by the Governor’s Chief Press Secretary and Media Adviser, Oguwike Nwachuku.
In thanking Onyegbule, Governor Uzodimma asked her to use her years of expertise and professional ability in the broadcast business to help Imo State as a whole.
