Ikechukwu Ogbonna, aka IVD, has finally spoken out about his ordeal with his late wife, Bimbo.
In an Instagram post on Saturday, October 15, IVD stated that he would be hurt if his wife received praise from guests at his funeral. He also shared previously unseen videos of what happened between him and his late wife on Wednesday, October 12.
IVD revealed in the videos that they had an argument the day before, and he returned home from work to find his house in shambles. He was seen showing parts of the houses that his wife had damaged and incinerated. Bimbo could also be heard in the background yelling at him, “You’re a small man, you carry ashawo come house, ritualist.”
IVD revealed that his wife had been damaging their household items for the past two weeks due to an unspecified issue.
He emphasized that her brother and their son were key witnesses to what happened in their home in Lekki, Lagos. He ended the video by showing himself bleeding profusely from his face and declaring that the marriage was over.
This latest development comes just hours after it was revealed that Bimbo had died as a result of the incineration that occurred at her home. IVD was blamed for her death by the deceased sister, who claimed he pushed Bimbo into the fire.
