Tems bagged home the award for Best Collaboration at the 2022 BET Hip Hop Awards for her contribution to Future’s “Wait For U,” which featured Drake.
The award ceremony, which took place on October 4th, 2022, saw the talented singer add another incredible achievement to her award-winning and record-breaking year.
Tems was nominated for three awards for her work on Future’s “Wait For U,” including Song of the Year, Best Hip Hop Video, and Best Collaboration Award.
The song won the Best Collaboration Award over other nominees, including “Hot Shit” by Cardi B, Kanye West, and Lil Durk; “Way 2 Sexy” by Drake featuring Future and Young Thug; and “Family Ties” by Baby Keem, Kendrick Lamar, and Lil Durk.
