Naira Marley, the head of Marlian Records, has responded to the accusation of assault brought against his label by one of his signees, Mohbad.
Mohbad, who is signed to the label, pleaded for help on social media on Wednesday, October 5, 2022, claiming that his label owners had assaulted him simply because he requested a change of manager.
Naira Marley, however, denied the allegation via tweeter saying;
“Mohbad has a history of getting intoxicated which affects his emotions and actions. #ImNotPerfect. However, all issues would be resolved amicably within the record label.”
Mohbad, however, maintained that he was not intoxicated.
“Everything he said on the live video is a blatant lie. This isn’t the first time. The last video was made out to look like I was high or overreacting. My life is being severely threatened”
