Despite mounting rumours revolving around the All Progressives Congress (APC), with focus on the membership of its Presidential Campaign Council (PCC), the party announced yesterday, Wednesday, that it will decide when the campaigns will begin.
Alhaji Abdullahi Adamu, the party’s leader, stated this in answer to an inquiry from journalists about when the campaigns will begin as the party unlike its counterparts, is yet to commence its bit.
Also yesterday, governors elected on the party’s platform gave their support to the PCC and the Senator Abdullahi Adamu-led National Working Committee, NWC.
Abubakar Atiku Bagudu of Kebbi State, Chairman of the APC Governors’ Forum, announced this shortly after a tripartite meeting with the NWC and PCC.
