The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Akwa Ibom branch has launched a Governorship Campaign Council for the 2023 general election.
Speaking during the event on Tuesday in Uyo, Gov. Udom Emmanuel predicted that the PDP would win the 2023 election, expressing confidence that the party’s nominee, Mr Umo Eno, would be elected governor.
Mr Umo Eno, the state PDP governorship candidate, commended the stakeholders for their overwhelming support.
If elected, Eno vowed to create an inclusive and broad-based administration that will focus on the people’s primary desires.
Mr Aniekan Akpan, the state PDP Chairman, stated that the party was certain of victory in the general election.
