The Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike, played host again to the Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi, on Friday, September 30.
This comes just two days after the Independent National Electoral Commission launched the 2023 election campaigns in Abuja.
Obi who previously met the Rivers state governor on June 22 in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, in a closed-door meeting that lasted hours at the governor’s private residence, has again been seen in photos taken in front of Wike’s house, receiving warm handshakes from Wike, this took place amid an internal crisis hitting the Peoples Democratic Party.
