On Monday, Labour Party presidential candidate Peter Obi outlined some of his plans for the Northern region if elected next year.
The revelations were made by Mr Obi during his speech at the Arewa Joint Committee Interactive Session in Kaduna.
He stated that improving security, agriculture, and education are among his top priorities for the region.
He also stated that his administration will ensure very adequate representation in government, as well as equitable appointments, particularly in the Security and Economic Sectors.
Mr Obi also stated that he will work to revitalize the dormant cotton and textile industries, as well as ensure the deployment and allocation of very generous economic and social projects and infrastructure in the North.
