The Ohanaeze Ndigbo, the top socio-cultural organisation in Igbo land, has reacted angrily to Anambra State Governor Charles Soludo’s remark about Peter Obi, a former governor of the state and the Labour Party’s presidential candidate in the 2023 general election.
This came as the Igbo organisation claimed it had taken Soludo to two deities in Igbo land for undermining Peter Obi’s legacies.
On Tuesday, the organisation issued a statement signed by its Secretary-General, Okechukwu Isiguzoro.
In a lengthy letter, Soludo claimed that Obi was not prepared for the presidential contest, claiming that he was only taking a cruise.
