Amb. Ginika Tor, convener of the Omaluegwuoku Progressive Initiative (OPI), has told the Ndigbo that their vote for the governing All Progressive Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, will not be in vain.
During the launch of the OPI think tank in Abuja, she encouraged members of the group to work rigorously and persistently to ensure Tinubu’s win in the 2023 election.
She praised members of the OPI think tank for volunteering to be employed in this capacity, saying their efforts will not be in useless or taken for granted.
Seyi, Tinubu’s son, who attended the meeting, expressed pleasure with the pace of the work on the ground and promised them of his support.
Mrs Uju Kennedy Ohanenye, the APC’s first female presidential aspirant and Vice Chairman of the presidential campaign council (PCC), praised members of the organization for organizing support for Tinubu in the South East geopolitical zone.
She assured Tor of her unwavering support for the success of the OPI and Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu/Shettima in 2023.
The event, held at the Transcorp Hilton in Abuja, was attended by prominent Igbo sons and daughters.
