Atiku Abubakar, the Peoples Democratic Party’s presidential candidate, has stated that through privatising the refineries, he intends to make Nigeria the centre of crude oil refining in Africa.
He said this during the 26th Lagos Business School Alumni Day. On Tuesday, he posted excerpts from his address to his Twitter account.
