Adams Oshiomhole, Deputy Director of the All Progressives Congress Presidential Campaign Council, has stated that he is unaware of the whereabouts of the party’s presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu.
During an interview on Channels TV Politics Today on Wednesday, September 28 the former Edo state governor stated that he was unsure whether Tinubu was still in Nigeria.
“I don’t report to him every day, I’m not sure if he’s around or not. When the campaign council is inaugurated and my office is activated, that is yet to be done, maybe then I can answer ” Oshiomhole said.
Oshiomhole stated that the APC campaign council had yet to be inaugurated because the council’s Chairman and Director-General, President Muhammadu Buhari and Plateau Governor Simon Lalong, were both in New York.
Buhari and Lalong, according to Oshimhole, attended the United Nations General Assembly.
He did, however, point out that, while Buhari was back in the country, Lalong was still absent.
