Enugu-based giants, Rangers International FC, have added pace and experience to their attacking options with the signing of former Lobi Stars winger, Oluwasegun Oloruntoba, as part of their preparations for the 2025/2026 season.
The eight-time Nigerian champions secured the services of the dynamic left-footed winger, who was instrumental in Lobi Stars’ survival campaign last season. Oloruntoba has signed a two-year deal and will be officially unveiled alongside other new additions in the coming days.
The contract was finalized at the club’s corporate office in Enugu, where an elated Oloruntoba shared his enthusiasm about joining the Flying Antelopes.
“Joining Rangers is a dream come true for me. It’s a massive club with a rich history. I’m committed to giving my best and helping the team achieve its goals this season,” said the 5’8″ winger.
With head coach Fidelis Ilechukwu at the helm, Rangers are in the midst of a squad overhaul aimed at mounting a strong challenge in the Nigeria Premier Football League and the 2026 President Federation Cup.
The club has hinted at more high-profile signings in the coming weeks, underscoring their determination to return to the summit of Nigerian football.
