Usongobong Paul, a 15-year-old student at the Federal Government Girls College in Ikot Ibio Itong, Akwa Ibom State, has won the ultimate prize in a nationwide essay competition organised by the United Bank for Africa Foundation.
Princess Sholabomi from Value Spring College in Lagos State finished second in the competition and won N3,000,000, followed by Sharon Nwajiaku from Ota Total Academy, who received a 2.5 million Naira grant to study at any African institution of her choosing.
