According to Forbes, Ye, the rapper formerly known as Kanye West, is no longer a billionaire.
This comes after Adidas announced the termination of its partnership with the rapper following his controversial and anti-Semitic comments.
While the partnership did not account for all of Ye’s wealth, it played a significant role.
According to Forbes, Ye is now worth $400 million without the Adidas deal. The deal was valued at $1.5 billion by the publication.
According to Forbes, the majority of Ye’s fortune stems from real estate, cash, his music catalog, and his less than 5% stake in Skims, the shapewear brand founded by his ex-wife Kim Kardashian.
Adidas is the most recent big brand to cut ties with the rapper. Other brands on the list include Balenciaga, Vogue and its editor-in-chief Ana Wintour, CAA, and The Gap.
