On Tuesday, September 27 the House of Representatives was forced to adjourn plenary due to a power outage, leaving the Speaker of the House Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila no choice but to call for an adjournment.
The lawmakers were all seen scrambling out of the chamber, using their phone torchlights to navigate through the darkness that had engulfed the entire chamber.
