The West Africa Examinations Council headquarters in the Yaba region of Lagos State was damaged by fire in the early hours of Wednesday.
As the fire rages, several individuals are believed to be trapped inside the structure.
The cause of the fire is yet unknown. However, emergency personnel have arrived on the site.
