BBNaija Season 7 finalist, Bella Okagbue, aka Big Bella, has defended her love interest, Sheggz, claiming his actions and words were taken the wrong way.
In a interview, Big Bella stated that no one can deny that Sheggz was sweet to her while they were in the house, and that everyone saw it.
She contended that because he lives in the UK, he speaks like them, and what may be considered normal there may be interpreted as an insult in Nigeria because different countries speak differently.
“I mean, we all make mistakes. And no one is perfect. He made his mistakes and he’s not perfect. I made mine as well, and I’m not perfect, “she stated.
Sheggz never stopped professing his love for Bella and his intention to marry her after the show while the two were in the house.
But he also didn’t waste time throwing abusive words at her at will.
This drew criticism and concern from viewers, with the show’s host questioning their relationship.
