Abiodun Abu, Senior Special Assistant to the Lagos State Governor on Political Intelligence, has asked the Independent National Electoral Commission to provide Braille ballot papers, translators, and other steps to help People Living With Disabilities vote in the general elections in 2023.

During a news conference in Ikeja on Thursday, the governor’s aide and physically challenged groups affiliated with the Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu Disability Movement declared this.

Fatai Onifade, the National Coordinator of ABATDM, said he had notified the INEC Resident Electoral Commissioner about the arrangements needed for PLWDs in the state to make voting easier for them.
