Engr Bashir Ishaq Bashir, the Labour Party (LP) governorship candidate in Kano, has voiced displeasure in the Buhari government, which he claims has failed the north and Nigeria as a whole.
He described the eight years of Buhari in office as “wasted eight years”.
He made this declaration in Kano on Friday while responding to queries from journalists at the 2023 Dialogue Series, which was organized by the Nigerian Union of Journalists’ Correspondents Chapel.
Speaking about his ambitions for Kano if elected in 2023, he emphasized that he will prioritize human development above large infrastructural investments.
